Axles in the DCA family have three different types of hanger brackets and tail ends, covering the full ride height spectrum from 225 mm to 535 mm, this gives us a complete range of trailer specifications from megatrailers to tipping trailers.
The compact axle housing
The axle housing is a fully integrated unit, incorporating fabricated trailing arms, axle tube, brake flange and axle journal.
The wheel end and compact bearing
Robust design for 19.5" or 22.5" wheels at 335pcd, proven in millions of vehicles. Optimum heat dissipation means long-lasting brake discs and brake linings, bearings are low maintenace. Thanks to the use of proven state-of-the-art compact bearing technology – already fitted in hundreds of thousands of vehicles.
