We will then fax you our warranty claim form. The form is also available for downloading from the download area of this Website.

The warranty application form (KA.04.01.02.F01 warranty form) must be completed in full, stating all the required details, including submission of any photographs of the defect, and returned promptly to the above Service Team.

On receipt of your application a Mercedes-Benz TrailerAxleSystems claim number will be issued. This number becomes the file reference for the processing of the claim in our system.

The reply by return fax will provide full information on our warranty processing procedures.
